Pengaruh Koping Religious terhadap Stres selama Pandemik pada Masyarakat di Daerah Terpencil

Abstrak

Koping religious merupakan salah satu strategi adaptif untuk manajemen stress. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat hubungan koping religious dengan stress pada masyarakat Manggarai selama pandemic COVID-19.  Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan analisa regrisi logistic multinomial pada 399 responden yang tersebar di seluluh Manggarai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan pengisian kuisioner daring melalui google form dengan menggunakan kuisioner Perceived Scale Stress (PSS) dan Brief Religious Cope. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan signifikan antara koping religious positif dan negative terhadap tingkat stress. Semakin besar penggunaan koping religious positif, maka semakin rendah tingkat stress (Cov: -1,790, Pvalue: 0,000) sebaliknya semakin tinggi penggunaan koping religious negative, maka semakin tinggi tingkat stress (Cov: 2.317, Pvalue: 0.000). Hasil penelitian menujukkan pentingnya pengembangan proram berbasis spiritualitas dalam mencegah stress terutama dalam masa pandemic COVID-19. Penelitian lebih lanjut dibutuhkan untuk melihat lebih dalam variable-variabel lain yang berhubungan dengan stress dan koping religious
