EFEKTIFITAS PENERAPAN TEKNOLOGI VIRTUAL REALITY TERHADAP MANAJEMEN NYERI DAN ANSIETAS PADA PASIEN KANKER : LITERATUR REVIEW

Abstract


Nyeri dan ansietas merupakan gejala fisik dan psikologis yang sering dialami oleh pasien kanker. Nyeri dan ansietas berdampak negatif pada pasien kanker. Teknologi Virtual Reality merupakan teknologi distraksi yang dapat menurunkan nyeri dan ansietas. Tujuan dari telaah literatur ini adalah untuk menganalisis keefektifan penggunaan teknologi Virtual Reality (VR) terhadap manajemen nyeri dan ansietas pada pasien kanker. Artikel ini merupakan literature review dengan menggunakan beberapa sumber elektronik yaitu Science Direct, ClinicalKey, PubMed, Scopus, EBSCO, Sage Publication, Wiley Nursing, Cambridge Core dan Google Scholar terbit dari tahun 2015-2020 dengan beberapa kata kunci. Terdapat 8 artikel full text yang telah dilakukan analisis. Hasil dari 8 artikel yang dianalisis adalah Teknologi Virtual Reality (VR) efektif dan efisien dalam manajamen nyeri dan ansietas pada pasien kanker. Penerapan teknologi VR selanjutnya dikombinasikan dengan teknik distraksi non farmakologi yang lain, terapi kognitif perilaku, dan pendidikan terhadap nyeri dan ansietas.
