Strategi Pemasaran Pt. Sriti Rukma Lestari Dalam Bidang Jasa Melalui Media Sosial Dan Word Of Mouth

Abstract


Social media and word of mouth are very important channels in marketing strategies. One effective strategy is to build a presence on social media. Companies can create accounts on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn, and manage content that is interesting and relevant to attract potential customers. The shared content can be information about services, customer testimonials, special offers, and so on. Companies also need to pay attention to word of mouth. Testimonials from satisfied customers can be a source of trust for potential new customers. Using qualitative methods with primary and secondary theory, PT. Sriti Rukma Lestari implements strategies by designing marketing, planning marketing activities, and posting marketing on social media such as Facebook and WhatsApp with the aim of attracting audiences to register with the company that has a lot of interest in using Facebook social media to search for overseas job vacancies, and WhatsApp social media more emphasizes to close relatives and family members by sharing the post.
