Bahasa Melayu di Thailand Selatan merupakan unsur utama sebagai penunjang identitas seorang Muslim-Thailand. sama yang kita ketahui bahwasannya Bahasa Melayu memainkan peranan penting dalam menyampaikan sumber ilmu dan juga dapat mempertahankan budaya Islam di Mukhtari Vitthaya School, tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui suatu fenomena pada Pelajaran Bahasa Melayu sebagai identitas dalam mempertahankan budaya Islam di Mukhtari Vitthaya School, Narathiwat- Thailand. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelajaran Bahasa Melayu di Sekolah Mukhtari Vitthaya memiliki dampak yang signifikan dalam membertahankan budaya Islam, Sehingga Masyarakat di lingkungan sekolah pun menyatakan bahwa Bahasa Melayu memberikan manfaat yang sangat besar dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berkomunikasi.
