Abstrak:
Pola manajemen lembaga pendidikan Islam ialah model yang dapat dipelajari dan diterapkan agar lembaga pendidikan berkembang, Pola manajemen tidak terlepas dari peran
seorang manajer tertinggi. Yang dalam hal ini ialah kepala institusi. Serta adanya soliditas antara semua penanggung jawab pendidikan (orangtua, guru, masyarakat/lingkungan dan pemerintah). Manajemen pendidikan adalah suatu usaha penerapan prinsip-prinsip dan teori manajemen dalam aktivitas pendidikan pada lembaga-lembaga pendidikan untuk mencapai
tujuan pendidikan secara efektif dan efisien.
