ABSTACT This study investigates the causal relationship between foundation profile, teacher service quality, and school image, with teacher service quality as a mediating variable. The research was conducted at Integrated Islamic Junior High Schools (SMPIT) in Tangerang City, aiming to examine both direct and indirect effects within the context of foundation-based educational management. A quantitative explanatory approach was employed. The population consisted of all 48 permanent teachers at SMPIT Tangerang City, using a saturated sampling technique. Data were collected through structured questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale and analyzed using validity and reliability tests followed by path analysis to assess mediation effects. The findings reveal that foundation profile significantly affects teacher service quality (β = 0.63; p < 0.001) and school image (β = 0.29; p = 0.024). Teacher service quality also has a significant effect on school image (β = 0.58; p < 0.001). Furthermore, teacher service quality partially mediates the relationship between foundation profile and school image (indirect effect = 0.37; p < 0.001). These results highlight the strategic importance of effective foundation governance in enhancing teacher service quality and strengthening school image. This study provides empirical contributions to educational management literature and practical implications for foundations and schools in improving educational service quality. Keywords: foundation profile; teacher service quality; school image; educational management ÂReferensi
