DESAIN KONSEP GAMIFICATION UNTUK MEMBANGUN EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan alternatif cara baru untuk meningkatkan motivasi kerja bagi karyawan PT S khususnya di Divisi HE. Untuk kondisi saat ini, karyawan di Divisi HE merasa tidak termotivasi dalam bekerja karena tidak terarah dan merasa pekerjaan hanya rutinitas. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini akan memberikan solusi dengan menerapkan sistem pengendalian manajemen baru yang disebut gamification, yang mampu memberikan unsur kesenangan tanpa mengabaikan esensi pengendalian. Tujuannya agar karyawan dapat menikmati pekerjaannya sehingga menjadi lebih termotivasi dalam melaksanakan kewajibannya.Downloads
