Analisis Manajemen Sistem Operasional Terhadap Bank Syariah

Abstrak

Penelitian ini memuat tentang sistem operasional pada bank syariah. Bank syariah didasarkan pada prinsip kemitraan, keadilan, transparansi dan universalitas serta menjalankan kegiatan usaha perbankan berdasarkan prinsip syariah. Kegiatan pada bank syariah merupakan implementasi syariah dalam prinsip ekonomi. Bank syariah juga beroperasi atas dasar konsep bagi hasil, dan tidak menggunakan bunga sebagai alat untuk mendapatkan penghasilan atau meminta bunga tentang penggunaan dana dan pinjaman. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sistem operasional dalam perbankan syariah. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dimana dilakukan dengan mereduksi data, menyajikan dan menyimpulkan data. Hasil penelitian yaitu menunjukkan bank syariah harus tetap berpedoman pada nilai-nilai syariah dalam menjalankan usahanya yang prinsipnya berpedoman pada Alquran dan Hadits, prinsip yang diterapkan pada lembaga keuangan Islam juga termasuk larangan menerapkan bunga dan melarang riba.
