REPRESENTASI GENDER DALAM FILM “KKN DI DESA PENARI†KARYA SIMPLEMAN

This study aims to investigate gender representation in the film “KKN di Desa Penari†with a focus on gender roles, relationship, and messages contaned in the narative. The method used in descriptive quantitative which analyzes the content of the film focusing on the main characters, dialogue, and relationship dynamics between characters. Through literaly analysis, this study explores how female and male the power dynamics and conflicts between characters. The analysis also considers traditional gender strereotypes in the film’s narrative and visuals, while exploring the possibility of more inclusive and progressive representations. This research provides insight into how the Indonesian film industry deals with gender issues, particularly in the horror genre, which has a huge impact in popular culture.Referensi
