Focus and Scope

Dynamic management journal (DMJ) (e-ISSN 2580-2127) aims to disseminate conceptual thoughts or ideas and research results that have been achieved in the field of economics and business with a focus on primary issues. as follows:

1. Marketing Management;

2. Human Resource Management;

3. Financial Management;

4. Operational Management;

5. Entrepreneurship

Peer Review Process

This journal uses double-blind review, which means that both the reviewer and author identities are concealed from the reviewers, and vice versa, throughout the review process.  To facilitate this, authors need to ensure that their manuscripts are prepared in a way that does not give away their identity. Every submitted article is independently reviewed by at least two peer-reviewer. The decision for publication, revision, or rejection is based upon their reports/recommendation. After being reviewed, there will be four kinds of editor decision based on reviewers’ recommendation:

  1. Accept Submission: The submission will be accepted without revisions.
  2. Revisions Required: The submission will be accepted after minor changes have been made.
  3. Resubmit for Review: The submission needs to be re-worked, but with significant changes, may be accepted. It will require a second round of review, however.
  4. Decline Submission: The submission will not be published in the journal.

Jurnal Manajemen Dinamis (DMJ) terbit empat kali setahun, yaitu pada bulan Januari (Edisi 1), April (Edisi 2), Juli (Edisi 3), dan September (Edisi 4). Secara lebih rinci, jadwal penerbitan Jurnal Manajemen Dinamis adalah sebagai berikut:

Open Access Policy

Jurnal ini menyediakan akses terbuka langsung ke kontennya berdasarkan prinsip bahwa menyediakan penelitian secara bebas kepada publik akan mendukung pertukaran pengetahuan global yang lebih besar.

Journal History

Dynamic Management Journal was first published in 2017, published in one year, 2 volumes with 5 articles.

In 2023 in volume 7 number 1, number 2, number 3 and number 4 the number of articles was increased to more than 10 articles with an author composition of 20% local writers and 80% foreign writers, to date.

In 2023, starting from volume 7 number 1, the periodic publication of the Dynamic Management Journal for the journal frequency changes from 1 year publishing 2 issues to 1 year publishing 4 issues. The publication schedule for the Dynamic Management Journal, which was previously published in January and July, has changed to January, April, July and October.
