PENGARUH IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DAN KOMITMEN KARYAWAN PADA UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH TANGERANG

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh iklim organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen karyawan pada Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Metode yang digunakan adalah survei. Data dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 93 karyawan di UMT menggunakan sampel jenuh (sensus). Structural Equation Model (SEM) digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis menggunakan perangkat lunak SmartPLS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen karyawan. Namun, iklim organisasi memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja.
