PENGARUH KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP KEPUASAN KERJA DALAM MENINGKATKAN KINERJA PEGAWAI (Studi pada Pegawai di Lingkungan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Tangerang)

ABSTRAK
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi dan menguji pengaruh komitmen organisasi terhadap kepuasan kerja serta peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Responden penelitian ini adalah pegawai di Lingkungan Pemerintah Daerah Kota Tangerang di Provinsi Banten, sejumlah 99 pegawai. Path analysis yang dijalankan dengan perangkat lunak SPPS, digunakan untuk menganalisis data. Hasil penleitian membuktikan bahwa komitmen organisasi akan membawa dampak positif dan meningkatkan kepuasan kerja secara signifikan. Komitmen organisasi akan membawa efek positif dan meningkatkan kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi akan mempengaruhi tinggi rendahnya kinerja pegawai.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this study was to evaluate and test the effect of organizational commitment on job satisfaction and employee performance improvement. The respondents of this study were 99 employees of the Tangerang City Government Environment in Banten Province. Data analysis used path analysis which was run with SPSS software. The results of the study prove that organizational commitment will have a positive impact and increase job satisfaction significantly. Organizational commitment will have a positive effect and improve employee performance. Job satisfaction and organizational commitment will affect the level of employee performance.
