Faktor yang Mempengaruhi Pengetahuan Perawat IGD dalam Menangani Acute Respiratory Distress Syndrom pada Pasien Covid 19

Abstrak

Latar Belakang: Sebagian besar pasien kritis yang terinfeksi oleh COVID-19 mengalami oleh Acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) Coronavirus disease-2019 (COVID-19). Peran perawat sebagai garda terdepan menjadi ujung tombak dalam penanganan pasien gawat darurat termasuk ARDS. Diperlukan  pengetahuan yang baik dan faktor internal serta eksternal yang mendukung untuk mencapai keberhasilan dalam perawatan pasien. Tujuan: Mengetahui faktor faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat pengetahuan perawat IGD  RS Panti Rapih dalam menangani acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) pada pasien COVID-19. Metode:Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode penelitian non eksperimental bersifat deskriptif analitik menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Sampel diambil secara total sampling. Hasil dan Pembahasan:Analisis univariat menunjukkan mayoritas perawat (72.5%) berjenis kelamin perempuan, lebih dari separuh perawat (56.9%) berusia 26-35 tahun, hampir seluruhnya (90.2%) berpendidikan D3, hampir separuh responden memiliki lama kerja < 5 tahun dan seluruhnya (100%) perawat sudah mengikuti pelatihan kegawatdaruratan. Hasil analisis bivariat menggunakan uji hubungan dua data kategorik dengan Kendall Tau untuk melihat hubungan jenis kelamin, umur, pendidikan, lama kerja, riwayat pelatihan dengan tingkat pengetahuan perawat tentang penanganan ARDS pada pasien Covid 19 mendapatkan hasil tidak ada hubungan antara variabel independen dengan variabel dependen karena p value > 0.05. Simpulan: Sangat penting bagi perawat IGD untuk selalu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan kompetensinya seperti mengikuti pelatihan, seminar, workshop.
