PEMANFAATAN SISTEM INFORMASI APOTEK BERBASIS WEB PADA POLIKLINIK PRATAMA BADAN KEPEGAWAIAN NEGARA
Abstract
Apotek memiliki tanggung jawab untuk mengelola proses pengadaan obat, mulai dari melakukan pemesanan, menerima pengiriman, menyimpan stok, mendistribusikan, serta mencatat dan melaporkan status persediaan obat-obatan. Karena belum tersedianya sistem informasi yang berbasis komputer untuk mengelola data, proses pembuatan laporan sering kali mengalami keterlambatan. Hal ini berdampak pada ketidakakuratan informasi tentang jumlah persediaan obat yang tersedia untuk pasien. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah apoteker masih menggunakan cara manual untuk mengolah data termasuk dalam pencatatan obat dan pembuatan laporan obat, sehingga membutuhkan waktu yang lama untuk memantau persediaan obat dan pembuatan laporan. Sebagai solusi permasalahn yang ada perlu diterapkan sebuah sistem terkomputerisasi dalam mengelola stok obat pada Klinik Pratama BKN. Keunggulan utama dari sistem berbasis komputer terletak pada kemampuannya menghasilkan informasi yang tidak hanya relevan dan akurat, tapi juga tepat waktu. Dengan menggunakan sistem komputerisasi, Poliklinik Pratama BKN akan dapat mempercepat proses pengolahan data dan mengurangi kesalahan manusia dalam pencatatan data. Metode prototype merupakan pendekatan yang digunakan dalam pengembangan perangkat lunak dalam penelitian ini. Dari penelitian tersebut, hasil yang berhasil diperoleh adalah sebuah rancangan sistem informasi untuk apotek di Poliklinik Pratama BKN.References

The journal strives to maximize the replicability of the research published in it. Authors are thus required to share all data, code or protocols underlying the research reported in their articles.
