ANALISA DESAIN UI/UX PADA WEBSITE PMB NALANDA DENGAN METODE HEURISTIC EVALUATION

Internet bisa berpengaruh positif dan negatif. Pengaruh positifnya adalah digunakan untuk sarana pembelajaran maupun mencari informasi yang bermanfaat. Negatifnya adalah penggunaan video asusila, ponografi, dan game online. Website PMB Nalanda dengan memanfaatkan internet digunakan sebagai media untuk pendaftaran mahasiswa baru pada Institut Nalanda. Pentingnya akan user interface dan user experience pada sebuah web yang akan menentukan apakah web tersebut mudah digunakan dan tidak ada kendala atau sebaliknya terdapat beberapa kendala yang terdapat pada fungsi web yang ada, untuk mengetahui hal tersebut maka perlu dilakukan analisis desain UI/UX pada website ini, pada analisis ini digunakan metode Heuristic Evaluation. Dalam penilaianya digunakan beberapa evaluator yang terdiri dari 42 responden. Data yang dihasilkan dianalisis menggunakan skala Severity Rating untuk menentukan tingkat masalah pada 10 aspek heuristic evaluation, adapun analisis yang dihasilkan yaitu aspek visibilitas, fleksibilitas, dan efisiensi mendapatkan skor paling rendah tanpa masalah signifikan, sementara aspek standar, konsistensi dan pencegahan kesalahan memiliki masalah minor. Dari hasil ananlisi tersebut Rekomendasi yang diberikan mencakup perbaikan tata bahasa dan pengembangan fitur pencegahan kesalahan.References
