IMPLEMENTASI APLIKASI ANDROID GIS AGILE SCRUM UNTUK PEMETAAN INFRASTRUKTUR PLN ICON+

PT PLN Icon Plus menghadapi tantangan dalam proses pemetaan infrastruktur jaringan yang masih dilakukan secara manual, sehingga berdampak pada keterlambatan dan ketidakakuratan data. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan mengimplementasikan aplikasi Android berbasis GIS untuk mendukung pemetaan infrastruktur secara digital dan real-time. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah metode Agile dengan kerangka kerja Scrum untuk memungkinkan pengembangan sistem secara iteratif dan adaptif terhadap kebutuhan pengguna. Aplikasi yang dikembangkan dilengkapi fitur autentikasi pengguna, pengecekan coverage lokasi baru secara tunggal maupun massal, serta pengelolaan data infrastruktur menggunakan formula Haversine. Hasil pengujian sistem menggunakan metode blackbox menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur berjalan sesuai spesifikasi. Implementasi aplikasi ini terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi kerja petugas lapangan dan mendukung pengambilan keputusan yang berbasis data aktual. Open Data and Software Publishing and Sharing
The journal strives to maximize the replicability of the research published in it. Authors are thus required to share all data, code or protocols underlying the research reported in their articles. Exceptions are permitted but have to be justified in a written public statement accompanying the article.
