PENDEKATAN USER CENTER DESIGN DALAM PERANCANGAN APLIKASI E-REKRUITMEN BERBASIS WEB

Transformasi digital dalam manajemen sumber daya manusia telah mendorong adopsi aplikasi berbasis web untuk proses rekrutmen. Penelitian ini merancang aplikasi e-rekrutmen untuk PT Gapura Angkasa Cabang Cengkareng guna mengatasi inefisiensi sistem rekrutmen manual, seperti keterlambatan pemrosesan, ketidaksesuaian data kandidat, dan tantangan koordinasi. Dengan pendekatan User-Centered Design (UCD) dan diagram Unified Modeling Language (UML), penelitian ini mengidentifikasi kebutuhan pengguna, menganalisis kekurangan sistem menggunakan kerangka PIECES, dan menghasilkan desain mock-up. Data dikumpulkan melalui observasi selama empat minggu, wawancara dengan lima pemangku kepentingan, dan analisis dokumentasi. Diagram Use Case dan Activity UML digunakan untuk pemodelan, sementara Balsamiq Mockup mendukung desain antarmuka. Pengujian usability awal dengan tiga pengguna menunjukkan pengurangan waktu penyelesaian tugas sebesar 30% dibandingkan sistem manual. Sistem yang diusulkan meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan akurasi data. Rekomendasi meliputi implementasi sistem, pengujian usability lebih lanjut, dan penambahan fitur seperti tes online. Open Data and Software Publishing and Sharing
The journal strives to maximize the replicability of the research published in it. Authors are thus required to share all data, code or protocols underlying the research reported in their articles. Exceptions are permitted but have to be justified in a written public statement accompanying the article.
Datasets and software should be deposited and permanently archived inappropriate, trusted, general, or domain-specific repositories (please consult http://service.re3data.org and/or software repositories such as GitHub, GitLab, Bioinformatics.org, or equivalent).
