SISTEM INFORMASI PROYEK MONITORING PEMBANGUNAN UNIT RUMAH PADA PERUMAHAN GRIYA HARMONI CIBUGEL

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Proyek Monitoring Pembangunan Unit Rumah pada Perumahan Griya Harmoni Cibugel berbasis web. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam proses pengelolaan laporan pembangunan adalah masih adanya metode manual yang memerlukan waktu lama, berisiko kehilangan data, serta kurang efisien dalam menyajikan informasi kepada pihak manajemen maupun konsumen. Untuk itu, penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, serta studi pustaka. Analisis kebutuhan dilakukan menggunakan kerangka PIECES (Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, Service) untuk mengidentifikasi kelemahan sistem yang ada. Dalam pengembangan sistem, metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dipilih karena memungkinkan penyelesaian sistem dalam waktu relatif singkat dengan melibatkan pengguna secara intensif. Adapun tools yang digunakan adalah framework Laravel berbasis PHP yang mendukung pengembangan aplikasi web secara terstruktur dan efisien. Pengujian sistem dilakukan dengan metode Black Box Testing untuk memastikan fungsi-fungsi berjalan sesuai kebutuhan pengguna. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem yang dibangun mampu mempermudah pengelolaan data pembangunan unit rumah, meningkatkan efisiensi pengolahan laporan, serta menyediakan informasi progress pembangunan secara lebih cepat, akurat, dan real-time kepada pihak terkait.
