RANCANG BANGUN APLIKASI MANAJEMEN SALES PADA INDUSTRI PAPER CHEMICAL

Divisi sales memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung pertumbuhan perusahaan melalui aktivitas seperti trial produk kepada calon pelanggan. Namun, proses ini sering menghadapi hambatan berupa keterlambatan persetujuan, miskomunikasi antar divisi, serta kesulitan dalam melacak status trial dan permintaan peralatan, sehingga menimbulkan inefisiensi dan berpotensi menurunkan kualitas layanan. Penelitian ini berfokus pada perancangan dan pengembangan aplikasi manajemen sales berbasis web yang mengintegrasikan alur kerja mulai dari pengajuan trial, penugasan sales, pelaporan hasil trial, hingga manajemen permintaan peralatan. Metode penelitian meliputi studi literatur, observasi proses bisnis, dan wawancara dengan pemangku kepentingan. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan Laravel framework dengan basis data MySQL serta menerapkan metode Extreme Programming (XP) untuk mendukung pengembangan yang adaptif dan fleksibel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi mampu menyediakan pengelolaan terstruktur terhadap data pelanggan, persetujuan trial, penugasan sales, laporan trial, serta permintaan peralatan. Fitur tambahan seperti pencarian, penyaringan, dashboard analitik, dan ekspor PDF terbukti meningkatkan efisiensi operasional serta transparansi lintas divisi, sehingga perusahaan dapat mempercepat pengambilan keputusan, meningkatkan akurasi data, dan mengurangi risiko miskomunikasi dalam koordinasi sales.References

Open Data and Software Publishing and Sharing
The journal strives to maximize the replicability of the research published in it. Authors are thus required to share all data, code or protocols underlying the research reported in their articles.
