Abstract

Website adalah media promosi terpenting dalam dunia wisata, penelitian pengembangan ini dilakukan untuk mengevaluasi website dinas pariwisata kota Banda Aceh dengan metode penelitian Mix Method, dari hasil pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan metode purposive sampling diperoleh data pengembangan yang diklasifikasikan menjadi Konten, Organisasi dan Readibilitas, Navigasi dan Link, Antar Muka Pengguna, Performa dan Efektifitas. Pengembangan website wisata halal kota Banda Aceh dilakukan dengan pemograman HTML, CSS dan Javascript setelah website dikembangkan responden akan menilai usability website dengan teknik pembagian angket serta metode pengambilan sampel non probability sampling (accidental sampling). Hasil uji validasi data, instrument yang digunakan pada angket sudah valid karena nilai x1, x2, x3, dan x4 memiliki nilai Pearson Correlation lebih besar dari nilai 0.230 yang diperoleh dari r tabel. Nilai x juga sudah reliable dari hasil uji realibiltas dengan Standar Croncbach Alpha diatas 0.60. Setelah uji validitas dan realibiltas, data dianalisis untuk memperoleh kesimpulan hasil pengembangan pada penelitian dengan metode analisis statistic deskriptif. Hasil analisis nilai rata-rata x yakni 3.8 untuk x1, 3.7 untuk x2, 3.8 untuk x3, dan 3.7 untuk x4 sehingga dapat disimpulkan responden merasa puas dengan rancangan website yang telah dikembangkan dengan menggunakan metode user centered design
