SISTEM PENGADUAN MASYARAKAT TERHADAP MASALAH LINGKUNGAN BERBASIS ANDROID YAYASAN SORONG PEDULI LINGKUNGAN

Yayasan Sorong Peduli Lingkungan merupakan Lembaga Swadaya Masyarakat yang bertujuan dalam kelestarian lingkungan. Yayasan Sorong Peduli Lingkungan juga merupakan lembaga yang membantu menanggapi pengaduan maupun aspirasi masyarakat dalam menyelesaikan masalah yang ada di Kota Sorong khususnya dibidang lingkungan. Namun proses pengaduan yang dilakukan saat ini masih melalui telepon dan whatsapp, karena sumber daya manusia di yayasan memiliki kekurangan terutama dalam mengingat pengaduan yang diterima sebelumnya, terkadang laporan pengaduan tersebut tidak tercatat dan tidak terproses oleh pihak yayasan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu membangun aplikasi pengaduan masyarakat berbasis android dan web, yang diharapkan dapat memudahkan masyarakat dan pihak yayasan dalam menerima dan mengirim pengaduan terkait lingkungannya. Metode yang digunakan dalam membangun aplikasi pengaduan masyarakat ini menggunakan Metode Agile Extreme Programming (XP). Aplikasi pengaduan masyarakat ini dibangun menggunakan bahasa pemrograman java untuk berbasis android, serta menggunakan database mysql sebagai tempat penyimpanan data. Perancangan sistem yang digunakan yaitu pemodelan UML. Hasil pada penelitian ini yaitu sebuah aplikasi pengaduan masyarakat berbasis android yang dapat diimplementasikan. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian fitur aplikasi menunjukkan bahwa fitur pada aplikasi teridentifikasi valid, dan hasil usability testing dengan menggunakan kuisioner menunjukkan bahwa  presentase yang didapatkan dari tiap pertanyaan yaitu diatas 80%. Hal tersebut berarti bahwa aplikasi yang dibuat telah sesuai dengan tujuan yang ingin dicapai.References

Open Data and Software Publishing and Sharing
The journal strives to maximize the replicability of the research published in it. Authors are thus required to share all data, code or protocols underlying the research reported in their articles. Exceptions are permitted but have to be justified in a written public statement accompanying the article.
Datasets and software should be deposited and permanently archived inappropriate, trusted, general, or domain-specific repositories (please consult http://service.re3data.org and/or software repositories such as GitHub, GitLab, Bioinformatics.org, or equivalent). The associated persistent identifiers (e.g. DOI, or others) of the dataset(s) must be included in the data or software resources section of the article. Reference(s) to datasets and software should also be included in the reference list of the article with DOIs (where available). Where no domain-specific data repository exists, authors should deposit their datasets in a general repository such as ZENODO, Dryad, Dataverse, or others.
