SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PEMILIHAN LAHAN PERTANIAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SIMPLE MULTI ATTRIBUTE RATING TECHNIQUE

Kualitas tanah merupakan salah satu hal yang dipertimbangkan dalam pemilihan lahan pertanian. Dinas Pertanian Kabupaten Cianjur memiliki permasalahan dalam menentukan penilaian kualitas tanah secara cepat dan tepat. Terdapat beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi kualitas tanah diantaranya yaitu kesuburan tanah. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) dapat membantu dinas terkait untuk menentukan kualitas kesuburan tanah di suatu daerah dengan lebih cepat dan tepat. Ada lima kriteria yang dipertimbangkan yaitu tingkat pencemaran tanah, kadar oksigen, kadar air, unsur hara dan tingkat penggunaan pupuk. Metode yang digunakan dalam perhitungan yaitu simple multi attribute rating technique (SMART). Terdapat lima alternatif daerah yang akan dinilai kualitas kesuburan tanahnya yaitu daerah Ciranjang, Kadupandak, Cijati, Sukaluyu dan Sukanagara. Rekayasa perangkat lunak menggunakan metode waterfall yang terdiri dari empat tahapan yaitu planning, analysis, design, dan implementation. Pemodelan sistem menggunakan unified modeling language (UML) . Dari hasil perhitungan SMART diperoleh nilai kualitas kesuburan tanah tertinggi yaitu pada daerah Kadupandak dengan nilai total 0,933 dan termasuk ke dalam kualitas lahan tani sangat baik.

The journal strives to maximize the replicability of the research published in it. Authors are thus required to share all data, code or protocols underlying the research reported in their articles.
