SISTEM INFORMASI PELATIHAN GURU BERBASIS MOBILE PADA SD NEGERI CARINGIN 1 KABUPATEN TANGERANG

Revolusi Industri 4.0 membawa perubahan besar di berbagai sektor, termasuk pendidikan, yang menuntut peningkatan kompetensi guru agar mampu menghadapi tantangan global dan mendukung pencapaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). SD Negeri Caringin 1 Kabupaten Tangerang telah memulai program In House Training (IHT) sejak 2024 untuk meningkatkan kualitas tenaga pendidik. Namun, pelaksanaan IHT masih terbatas, hanya dua kali per semester, berdurasi satu hari, tanpa dokumentasi materi yang baik, serta tidak disertai sertifikat partisipasi. Hal ini menyebabkan efektivitas pelatihan rendah dan guru kesulitan mengakses ulang materi. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang dan membangun sistem pelatihan berbasis mobile guna mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Metode User Requirement System (URS) digunakan untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pengguna, sedangkan metode Prototype diterapkan dalam pengembangan sistem melalui lima tahap: communication, quick plan, modelling quick design, construction of prototype, dan development delivery and feedback. Hasilnya adalah sistem pelatihan yang mudah diakses, menyimpan dokumentasi materi, mendukung pembelajaran berkelanjutan, serta menyediakan pendaftaran yang sederhana. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas pelatihan dan memperluas akses pengetahuan bagi guru di SD Negeri Caringin 1.Referensi

Open Data and Software Publishing and Sharing
The journal strives to maximize the replicability of the research published in it. Authors are thus required to share all data, code or protocols underlying the research reported in their articles. Exceptions are permitted but have to be justified in a written public statement accompanying the article.
Datasets and software should be deposited and permanently archived inappropriate, trusted, general, or domain-specific repositories (please consult http://service.re3data.org and/or software repositories such as GitHub, GitLab, Bioinformatics.org, or equivalent). The associated persistent identifiers (e.g. DOI, or others) of the dataset(s) must be included in the data or software resources section of the article. Reference(s) to datasets and software should also be included in the reference list of the article with DOIs (where available).
