IMPLEMENTASI METODE SCRUM PADA PERANCANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI CONTROL DEFECT BERBASIS WEB

Pada perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang produksi, selalu ada bagian Quality Control yang bertugas mengontrol kualitas barang produksi. Adanya quality control yang baik, berpengaruh bagi perkembangan dan kemajuan suatu perusahaan. Saat ini kegiatan pengelolaan data terkait cacat produk (defect) pada Divisi QC pada PT. Primaraya Graha Nusantara, masih menggunakan pencatatan ke dalam daily checksheet dengan format Microsoft Excel. Pengelolaan data seperti ini, tidak menimbulkan kendala yang signifikan. Namun, ketika menyusun laporan bulanan (monthly report), proses ini menjadi cukup menyulitkan dan memakan waktu. Staff QC harus merekap secara manual data cacat produk selama satu bulan dengan teliti. Hal ini sangat memengaruhi akurasi perhitungan defect ratio bulanan. Selain itu, untuk penyusunan control chart data cacat dari periode tertentu, juga harus direkap secara manual. Pada penelitian ini, akan di rancang sebuah sistem informasi berupa sistem informasi control defect. Sistem ini dibangun dengan mengimplementasikan metode scrum, dan penerapan bahasa pemrograman yang akan digunakan adalah bahasa PHP dengan framework CodeIgniter, dan MariaDB untuk databasenya. Pengujian sistem akan diterapkan metode blackbox testing, Sistem ini diharapkan dapat menyediakan platform yang terintegrasi, efisiensi operasional meningkat, kualitas produk lebih terjaga, serta pengambilan keputusan menjadi lebih tepat berbasis data yang akurat dan terkini.Referensi

The journal strives to maximize the replicability of the research published in it. Authors are thus required to share all data, code or protocols underlying the research reported in their articles.
