SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENILAIAN KINERJA KARYAWAN TERBAIK PADA CV. SUMBER KARYA TEKNIK TANGERANG MENGGUNAKAN METODE SAW (SIMPLE ADDITIVE WEIGHTING) BERBASIS WEBSITE

CV. Sumber Karya Teknik adalah sebuah pabrik jasa bubut yang melakukan transaksi dengan cara pelanggan melakukan pesanan kepada CV. Sumber Karya Teknik dan transaksi pembelian bahan bakunya dari supplier. Pada CV. Sumber Karya Teknik selama ini hanya menggunakan keputusan pemilik langsung dalam melakukan penilaian kinerja karyawan. Pemilik pun terkadang sulit dalam menilai kinerja masing-masing karyawan karena kurang jelasnya kriteria penilaian karyawan. Sistem Pendukung Keputusan (SPK) atau Decision Support System (DSS) adalah sebuah sistem yang mampu memberikan kemampuan pemecahan masalah maupun kemampuan pengkomunikasian untuk masalah dengan kondisi semi terstruktur dan tak terstruktur. Sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode SAW (simple additive weighting). Metode ini dipilih karena dapat menentukan nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut yang akan menyeleksi alternatif terbaik. Kualitas dan semangat kerja yang diberikan karyawan dapat membantu keberlangsungan kemajuan suatu CV. Sumber Karya Teknik. Untuk mendukung semangat kerja dalam bekerja, perusahaan menerapkan pemberian reward atau penghargaan kepada karyawan terbaik yang dilakukan secara periodik atau yang dikenal dengan employee of the month (EOM). Penghargaan yang diberikan dapat berupa penambahan gaji atau kenaikan jabatan.
