SISTEM INFORMASI MONITORING PENGADUAN DAN KELUHAN PELANGGAN PADA PT.EGA TEKELINDO PRIMA BERBASIS WEB

PT.Ega Tekelindo Prima merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang produksi panel listrik tegangan rendah. Selain memproduksi panel listrik, PT.Ega Tekelindo Prima juga menyediakan jasa pemasangan panel listrik kepada para pelanggan. Berdasarkan pengamatan yang dilakukan, Proses monitoring pengaduan dan keluhan pelanggan pada PT. Ega Tekelindo Prima belum berjalan dengan baik dikarenakan banyaknya pengaduan pelanggan melalui telepon, email, dan aplikasi pesan online yang seringkali terlewat dicatat oleh admin, sehingga proses penanganan pengaduan dan keluhan yang dilakukan pun menjadi tidak maksimal. Hal tersebut menyebabkan respon balik kepada pelanggan menjadi lambat karena tidak ada data yang terintegrasi dengan komputer sehingga mengakibatkan sulitnya memonitoring pengaduan dan keluhan yang dilakukan pelanggan. Oleh karena itu, sistem informasi monitoring pengaduan dan keluhan pelanggan berbasis web perlu dibuat untuk mengatasi masalah yang terjadi. Metode pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode prototipe dengan Unified Modeling Language (UML) sebagai alat dalam merancang pemodelan sistem. Dengan adanya sistem informasi monitoring pengaduan dan keluhan pelanggan ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pelanggan dalam menyampaikan pengaduan, dan penanganan terhadap pengaduan menjadi lebih cepat.
