RANCANG BANGUN SISTEM INFORMASI PELAYANAN MASYARAKAT BERBASIS WEB DI DESA BOJONG

Perkembangan teknologi informasi pada saat ini telah mendorong perubahan diberbagai bidang kehidupan. Salah satunya adalah kebutuhan informasi yang harus berkualitas yaitu informasi yang relevan, cepat, akurat dan tepat waktu sehingga dapat menjadi dasar pengambilan keputusan. Kantor Desa Bojong merupakan salah satu desa yang saat ini sedang melakukan perkembangan terutama di bidang surat menyurat, saat ini system pelayanan di Desa Bojong masih menggunakan cara konvensional yaitu warga masih harus datang ke kantor desa untuk mengajukan beberapa surat. Sistem Pelayanan yang berjalan saat ini masih terdapat beberapa kekurangan di antaranya, sering terjadi keterlambatan layanan saat warga ingin mendapatkan surat pengantar, membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama karna warga harus datang ke kantor desa secara langsung untuk melakukan pengajuan pembuatan surat. Metode yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Waterfall yang meliputi Analisa kebutuhan, desain system, penulisan kode program, pengujian program, penerapan program. Adapun metode pengumpulan data nya meliputi observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Dari analisis yang di lakukan dapat di ketahui bahwa proses pembuatan surat di desa Bojong ini di lakukan dengan cara warga harus mendatangi rumah RT untuk meminta surat pengantar, setelah itu ke kantor desa untuk melakukan pengajuan surat. Hasil penelitian ini merancang sebuah system informasi Pembuatan Surat berbasis WEB dengan menggunakan Bahasa pemograman php, html, codeigniter dan aplikasi text editor adobe dreamwever. Dari system informasi yang di buat dapat di harapkan sebagai penunjang proses pembuatan surat di kantor desa Bojong agar masyarakat mendapatkan layanan masyrakat yang maksimal.
