PERBANDINGAN EFEKTIVITAS WAKTU FIXED-TIME TRAFFIC CONTROL DAN ACTUATED TRAFFIC CONTROL DALAM PENGURAIAN KEMACETAN

Permasalahan dari masa ke masa yang selalu menjadi fokus pemerintah untuk selalu mencari jalan keluar untuk kemacetan di DKI Jakarta, terutama di daerah perkotaan. Meskipun pemerintah sudah memperbaiki moda transportasi umum, nampaknya masyarakat masih merasa nyaman dan aman dengan menggunakan kendaraan pribadi yang mereka miliki. Banyak sekali faktor yang menyebabkan kemacetan, misalnya incorrect procedure dan time limit yang terdapat pada lampu lalu lintas. Maka dari itu, tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menentukan cara terbaik untuk mengurangi kemacetan yang dapat mempengaruhi perekonomian karena lonjakan kenaikan biaya transportasi. Permasalahan tersebut dapat diatasi dengan pemasangan lampu lalu lintas yang di input metode FTC (Fixed-time Traffic Control) dengan pola consistent timing atau metode ATC (Actuated Traffic Control) yang memiliki pola correct procedure dan time limit. Dengan membandingkan nilai efektifitas dan efisiensi terhadap dua metode penerapan model lalu lintas yaitu model FTC (Fixed-time Traffic Control) atau ATC (Actuated Traffic Control), hasil pengujian efektifitas FTC mendapatkan 39% dan ATC sebesar 61%, serta dari hasil survey menggunakan kuesioner dengan metode FMCDM (Fuzzy Multi Criteria Decision Making) yang disebar ke 54 sample adalah ATC mempunyai nilai 43,4% lebih tinggi dibandingkan FTC. Maka, dari perbandingan tersebut dapat disimpulkan bahwa ATC lebih unggul dari pada FTC dalam penguraian kemacetanReferensi

Open Data and Software Publishing and Sharing
The journal strives to maximize the replicability of the research published in it. Authors are thus required to share all data, code or protocols underlying the research reported in their articles.
