PERANCANGAN PROTOTIPE SISTEM INFORMASI SEKOLAH PADA MTS DARUL MANJA

Perkembangan teknologi sistem informasi dibidang pendidikan semakin berkembang pesat. Namun, terdapat banyak sekolah yang belum menerapkannya untuk mengelola data akademiknya. Salah satu instansi pendidikan yang belum menerapkan teknologi informasi yaitu MTs Darul Manja. Perancangan prototipe sistem informasi pada penelitian ini untuk merancang sistem informasi sekolah yang memudahkan proses manajemen akademik sekolah. Kedepannya penelitian ini dapat dikembangkan sistem informasi sekolah utamanya MTs Darul Manja. Metode User Centered Design (UCD) diterapkan pada penelitian ini karena memfokuskan pengguna sistem sebagai end user, sehingga metode ini dinilai tepat untuk merancang prototipe sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Siklus UCD diawali dengan perencanaan siklus, spesifikasi konteks penggunaan sistem, penentuan kebutuhan, rancangan, dan evaluasi. Proses evaluasi sistem oleh pengguna dan menggunakan metode SUS guna mengetahui tingkat kegunaan sistem. Hasil pengujian SUS terhadap 5 tester diperoleh hasil 82 yang termasuk kategori excellent pada iterasi pertama, sehingga rancangan sistem informasi sekolah telah memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna.Referensi

Open Data and Software Publishing and Sharing
The journal strives to maximize the replicability of the research published in it. Authors are thus required to share all data, code or protocols underlying the research reported in their articles. Exceptions are permitted but have to be justified in a written public statement accompanying the article.
Datasets and software should be deposited and permanently archived inappropriate, trusted, general, or domain-specific repositories (please consult http://service.re3data.org and/or software repositories such as GitHub, GitLab, Bioinformatics.org, or equivalent).
