Studi Literature : Signifikansi Asupan Zat Besi dan Pola Menstruasi dengan Peristiwa Anemia Bagi Remaja Putri
Abstract
Di seluruh dunia, dari negara maju hingga negara berkembang, anemia banyak terjadi, termasuk di Indonesia. The Worldwide Prevalence of Anemia menyebutkan bahwa pada tahun 2015 terjadi peningkatan kejadian anemia sebesar 40-88%. Menurut WHO Regional Office South East Asia Region Organization (ROSEARO) prevalensi anemia pada remaja putri adalah 25-40% dari anemia ringan sampai berat. Kajian literatur ini untuk menganalisis jurnal terkait hubungan kadar asupan zat besi (Fe) dan pola menstruasi dengan kasus anemia pada remaja putri. Studi pustaka menggunakan 30 jurnal internasional untuk menganalisis sesuai topik dengan menilai kualitas jurnal tersebut. Sebagian besar jurnal yang telah direview didapatkan hasil bahwa terdapat hubungan antara tingkat asupan zat besi dan pola menstruasi dengan kasus anemia dan dari hasil penilaian kualitas jurnal didapatkan nilai yang baik. Penelitian ini diharapkan agar Pemerintah Indonesia menetapkan kebijakan pemberian suplemen zat besi kepada remaja putri untuk mencegah dan mengatasi masalah anemia.
