  1. EFEKTIVITAS PENGENDALIAN INTERNAL, DAN KOMPETENSI SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA, TERHADAP IMPLEMENTASI GOOD GOVERNANCE SERTA IMPIKASINYA PADA PENCEGAHAN FRAUD DALAM PENGELOLAAN KEUANGAN DESA DI KABUPATEN TANGERANG

    Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis
    pengaruh sistem pengendalian internal, dan kompetensi sumber daya
    manusia, terhadap implementasi good governance serta impikasinya
    pada pencegahan Fraud dalam pengelolaan keuangan desa di
    Kabupaten Tangerang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah perangkat
    desa sebanyak 150 responden dengan metode purposive sampling.
    Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis
    kuantitatif dengan menggunakan model SEM (Structural Equation
    Modelling) program AMOS 22. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan
    bahwa adanya pengaruh yang positif sistem pengendalian internal, dan
    kompetensi sumber daya manusia, terhadap implementasi good
    governance serta impikasinya pada pencegahan Fraud dalam
    pengelolaan keuangan desa di Kabupaten Tangerang secara signifikan.
    Interpretasi dari hasil penelitian ini akan memiliki arti yang penting
    untuk menentukan strategi yang jelas dalam meningkatkan pencegahan
    Fraud dalam pengelolaan keuangan Desa di Kabupaten Tangerang dari
    hasil perhitungan pengaruh langsung, tidak langsung dan pengaruh
    total menghasilkan nilai kebaharuan dari sebuah teori dan empirisnya..
  2. PENGARUH LIKUIDITAS, LEVERAGE, DAN SALES GROWTH TERHADAPFINANCIAL DISTRESS

    This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, leverage, and sales
    growth on partial financial distress on property, real estate and building
    construction companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).
    The research period is 3 years in 2015-2017. The population of this
    study covers all sectors of property, real estate and building construction
    companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2017.
    The sampling technique uses purposive sampling technique. Based on
    predetermined criteria obtained 50 samples of the company. Type of
    data which is secondary data obtained from the site Burssa Efek
    Indonesia. Data analysis used is regression data panel. The results
    showed that liquidity had a positive effect on financial distress and
    negative leverage on financial distress while sales growth did not affect
    financial distress.
  3. FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMPENGARUHI PROFITABILITAS BANK UMUM SYARIAH TAHUN 2012-2017

    This study aims to determine the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio
    (CAR), Operational Income Operating Costs (BOPO) and Non
    Performing Financing (NPF) on profitability (ROA) in Islamic Commercial
    Banks. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this
    study were 13 Islamic Commercial Banks registered in the Financial
    Services Authority (OJK). The sampling technique used was random
    sampling, which is a Sharia Commercial Bank that is categorized as
    Good Financial Performance and Islamic Bank Category in 2017 and
    obtained a sample of 5 Islamic Commercial Banks. The analysis
    technique used is multiple regression and hypothesis testing using tstatistics
    to test partial regression coefficients and f-statistics to test the
    significance of the effects together. In addition, a classic assumption test
    is also conducted which includes normality test, autocorrelation test,
    heteroscedasticity test and multicollinearity test. The results of this study
    indicate that partially CAR does not affect ROA in Sharia Commercial
    Banks, BOPO partially has a negative and significant effect on ROA in
    Islamic Commercial Banks , NPF partially has a negative and significant
    effect on ROA in Islamic Commercial Banks. Simultaneously CAR, BOPO
    and NPF have a significant effect on the depedent variable (ROA) of
    Islamic Commercial Banks.
  4. PENGARUH PELATIHAN DAN PROMOSI JABATAN TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN OUTSOURCING DI PT GARUDA INDONESIA (Persero) Tbk

    This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of training on the
    performance of outsourcing employees at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero)
    Tbk, (2) The effect of job promotions on the performance of outsourcing
    employees at PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, (3) Effects of training
    and promotion position on the performance of outsourcing employees at
    PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.The results show that: (1) Training
    has a positive effect on the performance of outsourcing employees at PT
    Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, this can be seen from the results of
    simple regression analysis that addresses projections the higher the
    value of training at a certain value, the higher the value employee
    performance at a certain value (2) job promotion has a positive effect
    on the performance of outsourcing employees at PT Garuda Indonesia
    (Persero) Tbk, this can be seen from the results of simple regression
    analysis that addresses projections the higher the value of promotion at
    a certain value, the higher also the value of employee performance at a
    certain value (2) Training and job promotion have a positive effect on
    the performance of outsourced employees at PT Garuda Indonesia
    (Persero) Tbk, this can be seen from the results of multiple regression
    analysis, which proves the higher the value of training and promotion at
    certain values, mak a the higher the value of employee performance at
    a certain value
  5. ANALISIS FAKTOR MOTIVASI, LINGKUGAN KERJA, DISIPLIN DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP KINERJA GURU HONORER DI KABUPATEN TANGERANG

    This research aimed to analys factors motivation, work-environment,
    discipline and its impact to work-performance of part-time teacher in
    region Tangerang. There are some assumptions in around the
    condidition, one of them is compensation package that below than basic
    salary standrard. Beside it, there are some assumes tht value and
    amount wil equel to quality, performance and spirit to motivate of
    teachers. As pre-assumption, motivation of teacher was had to
    contribute for assesment of professional performance of teacher and
    finally will point to wages and teachers welfare. In this research,
    analysis technique by using multi-rergession analysis, hypothesis analysis
    by using t-test and f-test. In additional, this research using classicalassumption
    test where include normality test, auto-correlation test,
    hetereo-schedashticity, multi-coliniearity test. The result of research
    shown that motivation, work-environtment and discipline have significant
    impact to work-performance of teacher.
  6. ANALISIS KOMITMEN ORGANISASI TERHADAP ORGANIZATIONAL CITIZENSHIP BEHAVIOR DAMPAKNYA PADA TURNOVER INTENTION PADA PERUSAHAAN INDUSTRI SEPATU

    Tujuan penelitian ini akan menyelidiki pengaruh komitmen organisasi
    terhadap organizational citizenship behavior yang dampaknya pada
    turnover intention karyawan. Sampel penelitian ini diambil dari 100
    Karyawan yang bekerja di Perusahaan industri sepatu yang berada di
    wilayah Tangerang raya. Hasil analisi smart PLS 30 mengungkapkan
    bahwa komitmen organisasi ditemukan berhubungan positif dengan
    organizational citizenship behavior. Begitu juga penelitian ini tidak
    menemukan hubungan yang signifikan antara komitmen organisasi
    dengan turnover intention karyawan. Lebih lanjut organizational
    citizenship behavior dikaitkan secara positif dengan terjadinya
    peningkatan turnover intention karyawan. Studi ini menyediakan
    pemikiran kedepan dalam mengkaji penemuan baru yang berkaitan
    dengan penelitian perilaku manajemen untuk penelitian masa depan
  7. ANALISIS STRATEGI PEMASARAN DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE SWOT PADA UNIVERSITAS MUHAMMADIYAH TANGERANG

    The purpose of this study is to determine the right marketing strategy so
    that the number of UMT new students is increasingly based on what
    are the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that are
    pursued by UMT. How to Understand UMT has great strength, the
    strength is questioning because UMT is a Muhammadiyah charity
    business. UMT also passed a huge opportunity which was high in the
    public interest to continue their education up to college. The most
    dominant weakness of UMT is the weak competence of lecturers, while
    the major challenges related to UMT are the national economic
    conditions that do not support economic improvement and the rapid
    development of information technology. The position of the UMT
    quadrant coordinate in the growth position means that UMT is a strong
    and potential organization. The recommendations given are progressive,
    meaning that the organization is in top condition and stable. Related to
    really being expanded to continue the development of expansion,
    growth and improvement, the most appropriate marketing strategy is to
    support the development of strategies, including by improving the quality
    of service, both for students, prospective students, by promoting values,
    Islam and nobility.
