Implementasi Human Machine Interface pada Mesin Heel Lasting Chin Ei Berbasis Programmable Logic Controller (Implementation of Human Machine Interface on Chin Ei's Heel Lasting Machine Based on Programmable Logic Controller)
Abstract
Human Machine Interface (HMI) adalah perangkat lunak antarmuka yang menjadi penghubung antara manusia dan mesin atau proses. Sistem proses yang otomatis tanpa HMI menyulitkan operator untuk mengetahui keadaan proses dan melaksanakan langkah-langkah segera untuk mengatasi setiap penyimpangan. Pada penelitian ini, HMI dibuat untuk sistem toe-lasting Yih-hong. Tahap pengembangan HMI pada personal computer meliputi; teknik antarmuka pengguna secara grafis, pemrograman HMI dengan menetapkan tag elemen layar, integrasi ke dalam perangkat PLC menggunakan CX Programmer dan CX-Designer, dan uji coba HMI terhadap sistem toe lasting Yih-hong. Hasil pembuatan HMI berupa visualisasi secara grafis di layar komputer tentang sistem heel lasting Chin Ei, status peralatan, dan variabel proses. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode percobaan. HMI ini dibuat dengan tujuan, operator dapat menjalankan dan menghentikan sistem pengolah serta mengatur parameter pengendalian. Pembuatan HMI pada sistem ini, membuat pengoperasian tombol-tombol operasi mesin untuk pengolahan sistem Mesin Heel Lasting Chin Ei menjadi sangat mudah, efisien, efektif dan menyenangkan.
Human Machine Interface (HMI) is a software interface that connects humans and machines or processes. The automated process system without HMI makes it difficult for the operator to know the state of the process and carry out immediate steps to resolve any irregularities. In this research, HMI was created for Yih-hong's toe-lasting system. The stages of developing HMI on a personal computer include; graphical user interface engineering, HMI programming by assigning screen element tags, integration into PLC devices using the CX Programmer and CX-Designer, and HMI testing of Yih-hong's toe lasting system. The result of making HMI is in the form of graphic visualization on a computer screen about Chin Ei's heel lasting system, equipment status, and process variables. In this study using an experimental method. This HMI was made with the aim, the operator can start and stop the processing system and set control parameters. Making HMI on this system, makes the operation of the machine operation buttons for the processing of the Chin Ei Heel Lasting Machine system very easy, efficient, effective and fun.
