PEMILAH BARANG LOGAM DAN NON-LOGAM BERBASIS PLC OMRON CP1E-N30SDT-D

Tujuan alat Pemilah barang logam dan non-logam adalah untuk memisahkan barang logam dan non-logam ke
dalam box masing-masing yang digerakan dengan Conveyor. Alat ini menggunakan kontrol PLC OMRON
SYSMAC CP1E-N30SDT-D. Metode yang digunakan adalah pembuatan sistem kontrol menggunakan PLC
Omron CP1E-N30SDT-D dengan Motor DC sebagai Conveyor untuk pendeteksi pemisah barang logam dan
non-logam menggunakan sensor Proximity dan sensor Photoelectric.Perlunya IC Regulator LM7805 untuk
menurunkan tegangan 24VDC ke 5VDC untuk menghidupkan Motor DC. Jarak maksimal pembacaan sensor
Proximity 5mm dan jarak maksimal pembacaan sensor Photoelectric 30mm. Kecepatan proses barang logam 1,9
detik, sedangkan kecepatan proses barang non-logam 1,7 detik.
