Industri otomotif adalah salah satu sektor ekonomi dengan pertumbuhan tercepat saat ini. Industri otomotif memproduksi kendaraan dengan berbagai merek, sehingga aktivitas manusia dapat dilakukan lebih cepat, waktu lebih singkat, dan lebih efisien. Kemajuan dibidang otomotif ini sebagai bentuk perkembangan dan pembaharuan teknologi, salah satunya adalah teknologi dibidang gardan (Differential) dari sebuah kendaraan. Perkembangan industri pembuatan dan perakitan gardan di Indonesia menunjukkan peluang sangat besar baik dari pengembangan pasar, peluang investasi maupun pembuatan inovasi. Metodologi penelitian ini adalah Eksperimental, yang diawali dengan observasi lapangan, kemudian menyiapkan meterial, pengerjaan poros roda dan bracket hub, perakitan dan pemasangan serta uji coba Improvement Poros Roda Belakang pada Prototype Mobil Listrik Wiradadaha. Hasil running test rpm dengan menggunakan alat ukur Tacho Meter yaitu dengan 2 type pengukuran yaitu dengan menekan gas setengah pijakan menghasil kan 1195 rpm dan yang ke 2 dengan menekan gas full pijakann menghasilkan 2730 rpm.
