Analisis Perbandingan Konsumsi Pelumas Engine CFM56 Dan V2500 Pada Pesawat Terbang Airbus A320

Pelumas engine pesawat terbang dalam bentuk oli memiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk menjaga kinerja engine dan keawetannya dengan cara melumasi dan mendinginkan bagian-bagian logam yang bergesekan. Masing-masing engine memiliki sistem pelumasan dan karakteristik konsumsi pelumas yang berbeda. Pesawat terbang Airbus A320 memiliki dua pilihan engine yang dapat digunakan, yaitu CFM56 dan V2500. Penelitian ini bertujuan menghitung konsumsi rata-rata pelumas engine CFM56 dan V2500 yang terpasang pada pesawat terbang Airbus A320 serta melakukan analisis perbandingan konsumsi rata-rata pelumas di antara kedua jenis engine. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pengambilan data sekunder konsumsi pelumas dalam rentang waktu tiga bulan, kemudian melakukan kalkulasi konsumsi rata-rata pelumas dan melakukan analisis perbandingan konsumsi rata-rata pelumas di antara kedua engine. Kesimpulan yang didapat adalah konsumsi rata-rata pelumas engine CFM56 berkisar antara 0,185 sampai dengan 0,201 quarts perjam sedangkan untuk engine V2500 berkisar antara 0,031 sampai dengan 0,045 quarts per jam. Dengan demikian, konsumsi rata-rata pelumas engine V2500 lebih efisien dibandingkan dengan engine CFM56 dengan perbandingan secara kuantitatif dalam rentang 18,18% sampai dengan 20,10%.
