PENGARUH ECO-INNOVATION TERHADAP KINERJA UMKM: PERAN MODERASI TRADITIONAL ENVIROMENTAL MANAGEMENT (STUDI PADA UMKM KUNINGAN JUWANA DI KOTA PATI)

Abstrak
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis menganalisis pengaruh Eco-innovation terhadap kinerja UMKM, dan pengaruh Traditional Enviromental Management memoderasi antara Eco-innovation terhadap kinerja UMKM Kuningan Juwana di Kota Pati. Metode yang digunakan untuk penelitian ini adalah non probability sampling dengan teknik convenience sampling. Untuk melakukan uji hipotesis dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan alat bantu perhitungan statistik yang dihasilkan oleh program SEM PLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 dan data primer yang digunakan dengan memberikan bentuk kuesioner kepada 30 UMKM. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hipotesis pertama diterima yaitu Eco-innovation berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja UMKM dan hipotesis kedua diterima yaitu Traditional Enviromental Management berpengaruh signifikan memoderasi antara Eco-innovation terhadap kinerja UMKM

Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of Eco-innovation on MSME performance, and the effect of Traditional Environmental Management moderates Eco-innovation on the performance of UMKM Kuningan Juwana in Pati City. The method used for this research is non-probability sampling with convenience sampling technique. To test the hypothesis in this study the authors used statistical calculation tools generated by the program SEM PLS (Partial Least Square) 3.0 and primary data used by giving a questionnaire form to 30 MSMEs. The results showed that the first hypothesis was accepted, namely Eco-innovation had a significant effect on MSME performance and the second hypothesis was accepted, namely Traditional Environmental Management had a significant moderating effect between Eco-innovation on MSME performance.
