ANALISA PRODUKTIVITAS DAN EFISIENSI ALAT BERAT UNTUK NORMALISASI SALURAN CISADANE BARAT LAUT KAB. TANGERANG

Abstract

Perkembangan konstruksi di Indonesia sangat pesat, salah satunya proyek normalisasi Saluran
Induk dan Sekunder Cisadane Barat Terletak di Kabupaten Tangerang. Pengerjaan proyek tersebut
membutuhkan komposisi alat berat yang optimal, komposisi alat yang tercermin dalam suatu
armada alat berat dapat memberikan komposisi yang paling optimal dari segi waktu dan biaya yang
paling effisien yang dapat digunakan. Penelitian ini membahas tentang bagaimana cara
mendapatkan produktivitas dengan armada alat berat excavator SK200, excavator PC200 dan dump
truck yang direncanakan digunakan pada proyek. Proyek ini memiliki bermacam – macam jenis
pekerjaan dari pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh tenaga kerja manusia maupun dengan peralatan
mekanis, akan tetapi pada pengerjaan dalam proyek ini didominasi penggunaan alat berat seperti
excavator SK200, excavator PC200 dan dump truck.

The development of construction in Indonesia is very rapid, one of which is the West Cisadane Main and
Secondary Canal normalization project located in Tangerang Regency. Work on the project requires an optimal
composition of heavy equipment, the composition of the equipment reflected in a fleet of heavy equipment can
provide the most optimal composition in terms of time and the most efficient cost that can be used. This study
discusses how to get productivity with a fleet of SK200 excavators, PC200 excavators and dump trucks that are
planned to be used in the project. This project has various types of work from work carried out by human labor
and with mechanical equipment, however, the work in this project is dominated by the use of heavy equipment
such as SK200 excavators, PC200 excavators and dump trucks.
