PERHITUNGAN CONNECTIVITY RATIO GARUDA INDONESIA DI DUA HUB UTAMA TAHUN 2018 DENGAN MENGGUNAKAN METODE DANESI

Flight schedule atau jadwal penerbangan adalah salah satu produk transportasi udara, sekaligus variable persaingan dari perusahaan penerbangan (airline). Garuda Indonesia menerapkan strategi dual hub pada 2 hub utamanya, yaitu Bandar Udara Internasional Soekarno-Hatta di Jakarta (CGK) dan Bandar Udara Internasional I Gusti Ngurah Rai di Denpasar-Bali (DPS). Performance dari suatu hub dapat dilihat dengan menghitung connectivity ratio. Terdapat beberapa metode perhitungan connectivity ratio, salah satunya adalah metode yang dibuat oleh Antonio Danesi pada tahun 2006. Makalah ini akan menghitung connectivity ratio schedule Garuda Indonesia di CGK dan DPS, dan membandingkan hasilnya dengan bandar udara lain. Perhitungan connectivity ratio digunakan untuk melihat seberapa efektif strategi dual hub yang dijalankan oleh Garuda Indonesia.
