“Strategi Digital Marketing Sebagai Daya Tarik Wisatawan Pada Studi Kasus Dinas Pariwisata Provinsi Kepulauan Riau”
Abstract
"Tourism promotion that is carried out today uses more digital media as well as the Riau Islands Provincial Tourism Office currently generally utilizes digital technology and for now generally utilizes social media such as Instagram, YouTube and websites they have to support existing promotions. This study aims to determine the digital marketing strategy carried out by the Riau Islands Provincial Tourism Office to attract tourists and what feedback is obtained. This research uses qualitative descriptive method with the theory used in this study is Media Ecology Theory by Marshall McLuhan. The results show that the Riau Islands Provincial Tourism Office has maximized promotion in the field of digitalization and can increase the number of foreign tourists who visit the Riau Islands more."
