KEPRIBADIAN GANDA DALAM NOVEL RUMAH LEBAH KARYA RUWI MEITA
Abstract
This article describes the dual personality of the character Nawai in the novel "Rumah Lebah" by Ruwi Meita. This psychological review of literature aims to analyze the psychological disorders and multiple personalities experienced by the character Nawai in the novel "Rumah Lebah" by Ruwi Meita. In accordance with the aim of this research, the method used to reveal aspects of the Nawai character in the novel "Rumah Lebah" is a qualitative descriptive method based on insights from literary psychology and structural analysis. This research uses Freud's psychological theory of personality through various aspects such as instinct, energy distribution of the id, ego and superego, fear and defense. And Carl Jung, a Swiss psychiatrist, also had a unique view of multiple personalities. Analysis is carried out in several stages. Namely analysis of depersonalization disorder and analysis of dissociative identity disorder in Nawai's personality. The results of this research reveal aspects of the character Nawai's personality and provide an understanding of the dual personality experienced by the character Nawai in the novel Rumah Lebah by Ruwi Meita. In this article, we will also discuss the causes and influences that shaped Nawai's personality to give rise to multiple personality disorder and changes influenced by her past.
