Abstract

The selection of employees to get the best score cannot be avoided from the evaluator's subjectivity. This paper aims to conduct an assessment process based on criteria criteria. It takes a system that can process the results of employee performance appraisals with a decision support system approach. Weighted Product is a method of solving using multiplication to relate the attribute values. With this Weighted Product method, the results of selecting the best employees are avoided from subjectivity and the final decision is obtained from the results of software processing.

Abstrak

Pemilihan karyawan untuk mendapatkan nilai terbaik ini tidak dapat terhindar dari subjektifitas penilai. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk melakukan proses penilaian kinerja berdasarkan kriteria penilaian. Dibutuhkan sebuah sistem yang dapat mengolah hasil penilaian kinerja karyawan dengan pendekatan sistem pendukung keputusan. Weighted Product adalah metode penyelesaian dengan  menggunakan perkalian untuk menghubungkan nilai atribut. Dengan metode Weighted Product ini hasil pemilihan karyawan terbaik terhindar dari unsur subjektifitas dan keputusan akhir diperoleh dari hasil pengolahan perangkat lunak.
