PROTOTYPE SMART STREET LIGHT SYSTEM BERBASIS ARDUINO MENGGUNAKAN METODE FUZZY LOGIC
Abstract
Lampu penerangan jalan berperan penting dalam meningkatkan keamanan dan rasa aman masyarakat secara umum, serta memberikan penerangan yang memadai bagi pengguna jalan dan lingkungan sekitarnya. Namun, penggunaan lampu jalan yang terpasang dan menyala sepanjang malam juga mengakibatkan pemborosan energi listrik. Sehingga, maksud dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menghemat penggunaan energi listrik pada lampu penerangan jalan. Penelitian ini membahas penerapan metode Fuzzy Logic pada prototipe Smart Street Light System berbasis Arduino, dengan memakai sensor LDR yang berfungsi sebagai deteksi tingkat kecerahan kemudian sensor Ultrasonic berfungsi mendeteksi objek di sekitar lampu. Metode Fuzzy Logic memerlukan dua inputan, yaitu tingkat kecerahan dan jarak. Setiap inputan mempunyai beberapa nilai baku atau bahasa. Inputan kecerahaan memiliki tiga nilai bahasa, yaitu cerah, mendung, dan gelap, sedangkan inputan jarak memiliki tiga nilai bahasa, yaitu dekat, sedang, dan jauh. Hasil pengujian prototipe menunjukkan bahwa jika tingkat cahaya terdeteksi sebagai gelap, lampu akan menyala dengan intensitas yang berbeda berdasarkan jarak objek. Jika jarak objek jauh, maka intensitas cahaya akan menjadi 40%, jika jarak objek sedang, maka intensitas cahaya akan menjadi 60%, dan jika jarak objek dekat, maka intensitas cahaya akan menjadi 100%. Selain itu, terdapat delay waktu selama 4 detik sebelum lampu menyala.References
