PENERAPAN AUGMENTED REALITY SEBAGAI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN WAYANG KULIT UNTUK SISWA SEKOLAH DASAR
Abstract
Wayang kulit menggambarkan bagian dari budaya jawa yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat jawa yang layak dilestarikan keberadaannya. Modul wayang kulit mulai dikenalkan pada siswa kelas III sekolah dasar. Wayang kulit ialah salah satu kompetensi dasar yang kurang dipahami oleh mayoritas siswa sebab dianggap tidak mudah untuk dipelajari dari nama ataupun wujudnya. Oleh sebab itu, untuk menanggulangi permasalahan diatas diperlukan sesuatu inovasi pendidikan dengan memanfaatkan teknologi augmented reality. Dengan adanya aplikasi ini diharapkan para siswa bisa terbantu dalam menguasai modul tokoh wayang kulit pada pelajaran bahasa jawa.Aplikasi pendidikan wayang kulit terbuat dengan memanfaatkan metode MDLC (Multimedia Development Life Cycle) dengan pengembangan augmented reality adalah marker based tracking. Hasil output pada aplikasi ini yakni aplikasi akan menunjukkan video dilayar smartphone yang berisikan modul pendidikan pengenalan tokoh wayang kulit. Pada hasil pengujian black box mendapatkan presentase 96,7%, pengujian jarak kamera mendapatkan hasil 64%, pengujian sudut kamera mendapatkan hasil 80%, pengujian intensitas cahaya mendapatkan hasil 100%. Pada hasil pengujian usability, aplikasi kawanda mendapatkan hasil adjective rating sebesar 76, 15 dengan jenis Good, mendapatkan hasil grade scale dengan jenis B, serta mendapatkan acceptability ranges dengan jenis acceptable.References
