EVALUASI USABILITY WEBSITE SELLER PADA ONLINE MARKETPLACE DENGAN PENDEKATAN METODE WEBUSE
Abstract
Marketplace adalah suatu wadah di mana penjual dan pembeli berinteraksi, bertindak sebagai perantara di antara keduanya. Tujuannya adalah untuk menawarkan tempat untuk mempromosikan dan menjual produk serta mempermudah proses transaksi. Salah satu platform jual beli yang terkenal adalah https://seller.tokopedia.com/. Pentingnya evaluasi usability dalam mengukur kepuasan pengguna sangatlah besar untuk meningkatkan pengalaman mereka saat menggunakan situs web seperti https://seller.tokopedia.com/. Evaluasi usability bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi masalah dan hambatan yang mungkin dihadapi oleh pengguna ketika berinteraksi dengan situs web tersebut. Dengan melakukan evaluasi usability, kita dapat mengidentifikasi area yang perlu diperbaiki guna meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna dan efektivitas penggunaan situs web tersebut. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode webuse. Menurut evaluasi kegunaan menggunakan metode WEBUSE, semua bagian dari situs web https://seller.tokopedia.com/ dinilai memiliki kualitas yang sangat baik dan memenuhi standar umum untuk aplikasi situs web.References
