SISTEM MONITORING REALTIME KUALITAS AIR BERBASIS IOT DENGAN SENSOR TDS DAN NODEMCU ESP32

Pencemaran air akibat limbah domestik dan industri merupakan masalah besar yang mengancam kesehatan manusia dan keseimbangan lingkungan. Metode pemantauan kualitas air secara konvensional sering kali tidak efisien, memakan waktu, dan kurang akurat, terutama saat melibatkan banyak sumber air. Penelitian ini menghadirkan sistem pemantauan kualitas air secara realtime menggunakan teknologi Internet of Things (IoT). Sistem ini memanfaatkan sensor TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) dan sensor suhu DS18B20 yang terintegrasi dengan mikrokontroler NodeMCU ESP32. Sistem dapat mengukur parameter penting seperti TDS dan Konduktivitas Listrik (EC), serta mengirimkan data secara jarak jauh melalui platform Telegram. Pengembangan sistem mengikuti model waterfall, mulai dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan, implementasi, pengujian, hingga pemeliharaan. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan akurasi tinggi, yaitu 98,4% untuk sensor TDS dan 97,28% untuk sensor suhu. Waktu respons tercepat tercatat 1,88 detik pada jaringan 4G, meskipun ditemukan keterlambatan di area dengan sinyal lemah. Sistem ini mendukung pemantauan kualitas air secara real-time dan bermanfaat bagi masyarakat umum, industri kecil, dan instansi pengelola air. Ke depan, sistem ini dapat ditingkatkan dengan penambahan sensor pH, kekeruhan, dan notifikasi otomatis berbasis ambang batas.Referensi

Open Data and Software Publishing and Sharing
The journal strives to maximize the replicability of the research published in it. Authors are thus required to share all data, code or protocols underlying the research reported in their articles.
