PENGARUH KUALITAS PELAYANAN DAN PENETAPAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN MENGGUNAKAN JASA HOTEL SWISS-BEL HOTEL AIRPORT JAKARTA

Education is one of the most important aspects of life at this time. A good education will make a person have investment capital for the future, seen from many sides, there are many benefits to be gained if a person has a quality educational base, the effect is not only for the short term but also for the long term. This study aims to analyze the influence of service quality and pricing on consumer decisions. The sample of this research is 96 respondents of Swiss-bel Hotel Airport Jakarta customers with a population of 2,400. The method used is quantitative method. Primary data collection was obtained from distributing questionnaires. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version. The results showed that partially the service quality variable (X1) has a positive effect on consumer decisions (Y). This is indicated by Tcount > Ttable, namely pricing (X2) has a positive effect on consumer decisions (Y). This is indicated by Tcount > Ttable, which is a significant regression value of 0.000 which is less than 0.050. And simultaneously the variable Quality of Service (X1) and Price Setting (X2) have a positive effect on consumer decisions (Y)
