Indonesian Journal of Law and Policy Studies (P-ISSN 2745-7753) (E-ISSN 2722-6670) is an academic journal for Legal Studies published by Journal and Publication Unit Postgraduate of Law Study Universitas Muhammadiyah Tangerang. Indonesian Journal of Law and Policy Studies contains several researches and reviews on selected disciplines within several branches of Legal Studies (Criminal Law, Civil Law, International Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Islamic Law, Economic Law, Medical Law, Adat Law and Social Policy) This journal published two times a year in Mei and November. Indonesian Journal of Law and Policy Studies offers instantaneous open access to its content in order to make research easily available to the public so it will support a wide exchange of knowledge. All submitted manuscripts will be initially reviewed by editors and are then evaluated by an Eligible Reviewers through the Double-blind Review process. This is to ensure the quality of the published manuscripts in the journal.

Before Submission

Starting from Volume 1 Issue 1 (2020) the manuscript in bahasa, and for the second edition The Indonesian Journal of Law and Policy Studies will only accept the manuscript in English . The author has to make sure that the manuscript has been prepared using Indonesian Journal of Law and Policy Studies template following the author guidelines. The single author's paper is just for the invited author or the author who has great reputable for research or publication. The manuscript should also have been carefully proofread and similarity check (the proofreading certificate and similarity check result must be attached as supplementary file in submission process). Any manuscript which does not meet the author guidelines, focus and scope, or written in a different format, will be immediately rejected. The only manuscript which meets the Indonesian Journal of Law and Policy Studies standard will be processed further.
