Author Guidelines

So that this journal can be even better, we from the Digital Business Journal (DIGIBIS) provide the latest template rules which will apply to publications in 2022, etc. Templates can be downloaded via the journal page. The rules for writing a journal are:

  1. The articles submitted by the author are original scientific works, have never been published and are not being published by other media/journals
  2. The articles published include research (field and literature), conceptual ideas, studies, theoretical applications, book reviews and other information related to linguistic and literary issues.
  3. The manuscript is written in Indonesian or English with Times New Romance size 12, justified, 1 spasi spaced in one column, in A4 size with a left border of 3 cm, right border of 3, top border of 2, bottom border of 2, number of pages 1-15 pages (including list literature and tables) equipped with a title of a maximum of 14 words, an abstract of 150-250 words written in Indonesian and English, keywords of 3-5 definitions (descriptors).
  4. Titles are written in Times New Romance 14 letters and foreign language words are written in italics. Meanwhile, the abstract contains 150-250 words written in Indonesian and English with a Time New Romance size of 10. Key words consist of 3-5 definitions (descriptors). English abstracts are written in italics. abstract clearly shows the background of the problem, objectives, theories, methods, research results and recent findings (novelty).
  5. The author's name is written without an academic degree. If a manuscript is written by a team or more than one person, the editor will only communicate with the main author or the author whose name is listed first
  6. Manuscripts/articles are arranged into five subheadings in the following order: (a) Introduction: includes problem identification, literature review, research objectives, and research benefits, (b) Method: consists of how the research was carried out and a description of materials, equipment and procedures used in conducting analysis or research, (c) Results and Discussion: describes the results of research or analysis and can be presented in sub-chapters, (d) Conclusion: written in summary form and if necessary, each paragraph containing research conclusions can be given a sequential number. (e) Bibliography: Bibliography is arranged alphabetically referring to the APA Style of Citation
  7. Reviews can be written using the Mendeley application to make it easier to include references. The review script can be written in Indonesian or English for 5-7 pages.
  8. The manuscript is written in the following order: book identity, author biography, introduction, discussion, and cover.
  9. The obituary manuscript can be written in Indonesian or English for 3-5 pages. The library sources/citations listed in the manuscript are the main reference sources in the form of research reports or articles published in scientific journals/magazines in the last 10 pages. year.
  10. The technique for writing quotations uses the attached reference technique (name, year).
  11. The article format meets the Digital Business Journal (DIGIBIS) Journal Style Guide.

 

Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

  1. The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  2. The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, RTF, or WordPerfect document file format.
  3. Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  4. The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  5. The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines, which is found in About the Journal.
  6. If submitting to a peer-reviewed section of the journal, the instructions in Ensuring a Blind Review have been followed.
