FAKTOR-FAKTOR YANG MEMENGARUHI NIAT BERINFAQ ONLINE DI JABODETABEK

Abstract


Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang memengaruhi masyarakat Jabodetabek berniat melakukan infaq secara online. Adapun tujuh variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu, kepercayaan, keamanan, transparansi, pengaruh sosial, citra merek, dan religiositas. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Jabodetabek dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan skala likert sebagai pengukuran dengan populasi yang digunakan adalah masyarakat Jabodetabek dengan rentang usia 17-36 keatas. Dalam penelitian ini, Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling sebanyak 350 responden. Teknik analisis penelitian dengan SEM (Structural Equation Model). Hasil pada penelitian ini yaitu transparansi secara signifikan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepercayaan, keamanan secara signifikan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap kepercayaan, citra merek secara signifikan berpengaruh langsung terhadap kepercayaan, religositas secara signifikan berpengaruh secara langsung terhadap niat berinfaq online, transparansi secara signifikan berpengaruh langsung terhadap niat berinfaq online, keamanan secara signifikan berpengaruh langsung terhadap niat berinfaq online, citra merek secara signifikan berpengaruh langsung terhadap niat infaq online, pengaruh sosial secara signifikan berpengaruh positif terhadap niat berinfaq online, religiositas secara signifikan berpengaruh langsung terhadap niat infaq online, transparansi secara signfikan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap niat berinfaq online melalui kepercayaan, keamanan secara signifikan berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap niat berinfaq online melalui kepercayaan.
