Author Fees & Publication Charges

Jurnal Manajemen dan Bisnis (JMB) structures its publishing fees with complete transparency. Authors are requested to review and acknowledge these financial terms prior to manuscript submission.

1. Publication Fee Schedule

Article Submission Fee Rp 0,- (Free) No fees are charged upon initial manuscript submission or during preliminary desk screening.
Article Processing Charge (APC) Rp 450.000,- Applied strictly after formal acceptance. Covers peer-review management, copyediting, layout typesetting, XML conversion, DOI registration, and permanent digital archiving for manuscripts up to 20 pages.

2. APC Discounts and Waiver Policy

Equity & Inclusion

JMB is committed to supporting open-access dissemination while maintaining rigorous editorial independence based on COPE guidelines. To ensure equity, a limited number of APC waivers and discounts are available per annual volume under strict qualification pathways:

1 International Collaboration Waiver (100% Free)

Full APC waivers (100% discount) are granted to collaborative articles that feature at least two contributing co-authors affiliated with international institutions outside Indonesia. Official institutional email addresses and verifiable affiliation details must be provided.

2 Unfunded Independent Researchers

Partial discounts may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for independent scholars without institutional grant backing, subject to formal document verification.

3 Reviewer Credits & Invited Keynotes

Peer reviewers who complete timely reviews receive credit vouchers toward future submissions. Manuscripts commissioned by the Editor-in-Chief for special thematic issues are also granted full waivers.

Mandatory Protocol Strict Waiver Submission Requirement

All waiver or discount applications—including the International Collaboration Waiver—must be formally submitted strictly during initial manuscript submission in the OJS system or emailed to the secretariat alongside the initial draf. Requests submitted after peer review or final acceptance will be automatically rejected without exception. Waiver approvals are managed independently from peer review decisions.
